The Bailey

A multimillion pound office relocation in the heart of London.

About

By 2021, global media & marketing agency group IPG Mediabrands had outgrown their Clerkenwell offices, and were ready to move into their new headquarters at 16 Old Bailey, London.

In order to wow employees and get them ready for the move, I was asked to create visual assets that would excite, inform and impress staff and industry peers alike.

Photographing and filming all 8 floors ahead of the move-in date, I was then able to use this content and write and artwork a 58-page digital booklet containing all the information employees would need before the office opened.

These assets were then used in a digital out-of-home campaign to welcome employees in their first week, appearing on digital 6-sheets in the local area.

In addition to this, I was also able to name and create the brand identity for The Social, the in-house café on Level 7, as well as commission 2 bespoke hand-painted murals in the Lower Ground.
